Return Conditions

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds after 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Return Process

Only returns, no exchanges. Please buy the replacement item before returning the original.

After inspection, we will notify you via email about your return status.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is your responsibility and non-refundable.

Use a trackable service as we can't guarantee receipt of your return.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items: gift cards, stickers.

For wrong items or sizes, contact us within 14 days for a replacement (include order number and name).

Items returned due to incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping.

All international sales are final.

Sale items and discount codes are non-returnable.
