Return Policy
General Terms
For all situations including that the outfits don't fit, printedclothings will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags within 28 days of delivery.
For items without quality or size issues, only one-time exchange service is available free of charge. The price of the exchanged item may not exceed 110% of the original item price.
Please do not return packages to the delivery address shown on the shipping waybill, as this is not our official return address. No refund will be issued for incorrect returns.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee, based on the carrier you choose.
If we send incorrect items or damaged goods due to our error, the return shipping fee will be covered by our team.
Please note that exclusiveclothings does not cover return shipping costs and cannot provide prepaid shipping labels. Once we receive and inspect your returned items to be in new, unworn, unwashed and original condition with all tags intact, your refund or exchange will be processed.
For items with confirmed quality defects, full or partial refunds are available. Product photos may be required to complete your refund request.
If you no longer need your order and wish to return for a full refund, please do not refuse delivery. Kindly contact our customer service for professional assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. PayPal orders can be refunded within 24 hours. We do not accept refund requests to third-party accounts or different payment methods. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality related returns.
Exchanges
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If you exchange for a higher-priced style, you will need to pay the price difference. If the new item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded accordingly.
